Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or one transfer to a new appointment date. For cancellations within 48 hours or a no-show, 50% of the service fee will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded.
If Room to Share needs to cancel, you will be offered a reasonable reschedule or a refund.
